Epic Seven Episode 3 New Chapter “South Wintenberg” Now Available!

Epic Seven, a turn-based mobile RPG developed by Super Creative and published by Smilegate Megaport, announced the release of the next chapter in Episode 3, “South Wintenberg,” as well as the expansion of the Abyss to 110 Floors on October 8.

Episode 3’s third chapter takes place in South Wintenberg and provides players with sixteen new stages to fight through. Wintenberg is a nation that has been fighting Dragons for centuries and has a unique culture in which all citizens are trained to be warriors. Players can increase their Trust with the nation of Wintenberg by completing missions, allowing them to purchase valuable items from the AP Exchange, including Level 80 Epic Equipment and Catalysts.

Furthermore, the third and the final part of the Side Story “Thieves under the Light of the Full Moon” has been released. In this part, players will able to enjoy the end of the Emporium and Ki Ruburan’s tale, in which the city falls into chaos when a mysterious group raids the Full Moon Festival’s during its main event, the “Moonlight Reception.”

Finally, the gameplay mode “Abyss,” in which players clear levels to progress further down and fight stronger enemies, has been expanded to 110 floors. Players will need to face the Abyss’s most powerful enemies yet before they can claim victory and take their rewards.

Phantasy Star Online 2 Global Announces Episode 5

SEGA today announced their popular free-to-play online action RPG, Phantasy Star Online 2 (Global), will receive a free content update, Episode 5, on September 30. In addition, The Sakura Wars AC Scratch Ticket Collaboration, “Sakura Memories”, begins today.

“Hot off the heels of our Episode 4 content update in August comes the next chapter in the rich saga of Phantasy Star Online 2,” announced Fred White from PSO Team Global. “A continued storyline with new areas to explore, spectacular new enemies, a fun new type of quest called Buster Quests, and an increased level cap give our players lots to do in this expansion. And to help new players just joining the PSO2 worlds, starting today we’re running the ‘Road to Episode 5’ in-game event to help them get up to speed quickly.”

In Episode 5, following the aid of those on Earth, players discover a mysterious portal that leads to another dimension, called “Omega.” This world seems driven purely by fantasy, a world of swords and magic instead of technology and science. The two worlds are in direct contrast with each other, and as the story progresses, players will frequently move between them while observing the strange similarities these worlds share. Simultaneously, a mysterious woman who calls herself “Alma” appears, and she seems to have information about Omega and–strangely–about ARKS.

Episode 5 brings a lot of new content and features including increasing the player level cap to 90, new ARKS missions and areas to explore, new enemy types, new quest types with new rewards, new seasonal events, new Alliance Quarters, and more. Photon Art and Technique levels will increase, and additional Photon Art, Techniques, and Battle Arena weapons will be added.

To celebrate the new content update, Phantasy Star Online 2 is hosting a “Road to Episode 5” event in-game starting today. Players can visit the game for login bonuses 9/16-9/29 for a chance at receiving up to 3,500,000 EXP, up to 300 SG, and an Augment Transfer Pass.

A contest was also announced – the “Road to Episode 5 Twitter & Facebook Giveaway“. Participants can help win some great prizes for the entire community.

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Members will receive a Lillipan Suit AND an Arkuma Suit for free as part of the Episode 5 Update Bonus.

Also starting today, ARKS can join the Flower Division in the newest AC Scratch Ticket collaboration, Sakura Memories, based on the Sakura Wars series! The AC Scratch Ticket Collaboration will let players roam a newly-landscaped ship lobby with gorgeous blooming cherry blossoms. Available in-game items for this exclusive event include new outfits and uniforms of key Sakura Wars characters, emotes and weapon camos.

Sakura Wars is a Japanese steampunk franchise developed and published by SEGA. The first game was released in 1996 and has had five sequels and numerous spin-offs with over 4.5 million copies sold.

Phantasy Star Online 2 players are invited to join together online to explore numerous worlds with friends and experience PSO2’s unparalleled action combat and character customization. Choosing from four unique races and nine classes, players can join forces with up to eleven other operatives at a time to experience unforgettable battles and boss fights.

Phantasy Star Online 2 is Launching on PC on May 27th

SEGA announced today that their massively popular online action RPG from Japan, Phantasy Star Online 2, is coming to PC on the Microsoft Store. The free-to-play game will arrive for Windows 10 on May 27th in North America.

ARKS (soldiers of the Oracle colony fleet in the Phantasy Star Online 2 series) are invited to join together online to explore numerous worlds with friends and experience PSO2’s unparalleled action combat and character customization. Choosing from four unique races and nine classes, players can join forces with up to eleven other operatives at a time to experience unforgettable battles and boss fights.

“We’re thrilled to announce the long-awaited arrival on PC,” said Fred White, PSO2 TEAM North America’s Head of Marketing. “There’s a loud and passionate PC fanbase who has been patiently waiting for the North American version – we can’t wait to welcome them in. There will be login bonuses waiting for them with more surprises planned in the coming months.”

The North American version of Phantasy Star Online 2 includes fully localized text and character voices in English, spanning three years of content. In addition to the immersive original PSO2 story, the NA version also features the most-up-to-date balancing and quality-of-life improvements from the Japanese service. Players can choose from four races and nine classes while tackling various missions. They can also take a break from questing by playing one of the many Casino mini-games, chilling in the Alliance Quarters, competing in the new ARKS League or attending all-new live stage events. And for the first time they will be able to do all of this with friends on both PC and Xbox One thanks to cross-platform play.

SEGA also announced Phantasy Star Online 2′s first in-game collaboration to come to North America – Hatsune Miku! Special items are available starting today on Xbox One in the Scratch Ticket Terminal. Players can use Arks Cash Scratch Tickets to get stylish clothing and accessories. This AC Scratch features collaboration items from Hatsune Miku, Megurine Luka, as well as Kagamine Rin & Len. Represent at the main stage like never before with these unique outfits and get ready for the vocaloid performance of a lifetime!

Epic Seven Releases New Hero “Roana” and Side Story “Beyond the Boundary”

Epic Seven, a turn-based mobile RPG developed by Super Creative and published by Smilegate Megaport, announced the release of the new Hero “Roana” and her Side Story “Beyond the Boundary” on April 10.

The new Hero, Roana, is an Earth elemental Soul Weaver with effective healing skills capable of reviving her allies. Her second skill not only heals allies when an ally suffers an extra attack, counterattack, or Dual Attack from the enemy, but it also increases allies’ Combat Readiness, making it helpful in ensuring allies can attack enemies frequently.

Roana’s Side Story, Beyond the Boundary, is also now available for play. This Side Story, which is available until April 23, tells the story of the reserved shaman Roana soon after she started working as a caretaker at the Dimensional Archives. By playing through the Side Story, Heirs can see Rekos through Roana’s perspective as a girl who possesses both the power of the “Vigilant Eye,” which allows her to perceive a being’s true nature, as well as a tragic fate.

Amazing Rewards up for Grabs in Epic Seven’s “Re:Birth” Update – Pre-Registration Now Open!

Epic Seven, a turn-based mobile RPG developed by Super Creative and published by Smilegate Megaport, announced the launch of the pre-registration page (https://epic7.smilegatemegaport.com/evt/rebirthpreregist) for the “Re:Birth” update on April 3. The Re:Birth update centers around the launch of World Arena’s first official season and offers several special events with a variety of great rewards for players.

Alongside pre-registration, players may now enjoy the tenth chapter of Episode 2, which takes place in the “Distorted Dimension” region, and a new season of the PvP Guild mode “Guild War.”

Epic Seven has begun pre-registration for the Re:Birth update, which takes place on April 16. Players can receive Skystone, Covenant Bookmarks, and other great rewards by signing up to receive updates about Re:Birth anytime between April 2 and April 15. There are also special events ongoing to commemorate Re:Birth: players will receive a 4-5 star Hero Summon Ticket, a level 75 epic Equipment set, Charms, and other rewards by taking part in the check-in event in April. Additionally, players returning to the game after at least a sixteen-day absence can also receive a 4-5 star Hero Summon Ticket, a level 85 epic Equipment set, buffs providing a 30% increase to experience gains and increased Gold, and enjoy unequipping at no cost.

Epic Seven also brings a variety of new content to the game in this week’s update. First, the last region in Episode 2’s main story, “Distorted Dimension,” consists of ten main stages and six optional stages and follows our Heroes as they stand against their enemies in a mysterious space created by transcendental forces. Players can receive six Gold Transmit Stones and the “Sea of the Abyss” Background Pack after completing all ten of this region’s Quests.

The second season of Guild War, opening April 6 on all servers, is also launching with this update, along with many new quality-of-life improvements. Players may now use the “Draw” feature to end a battle that is dragging on as well as view the contribution rankings of their Guild members and MVPs. The Guild Captain can also write War Plans via a new announcement feature, making it easier than ever for Guilds to strategize.
